Rory, the Lost Rabbit. Kids Story 3-5 Years
Little rabbit Rory is playing with her friends in the green grass.The sun goes down. It is time to go home.Rory starts hopping down the path to her house.
On the way, Rory sees a beautiful butterfly. She wants to catch it. She runs after the butterfly.
But she cannot catch it. The butterfly flies across a river. Rory stops. She looks up. It is dark outside now. Then, she hears a roar from the jungle. Rory is very, very scared.
Rory turns back. She wants to go home. But she does not know the right way. Rory sits down under a tree. She is sad.
Two little birds sit in the tree. They come down and ask, "What is wrong?" Rory says, "I am lost." The birds say, "We will help you.''
They fly and show Rory the way home.
Rory said everything that happened. Mommy smiled gently and said, "Always come home on time, sweetie, when the sun goes down. And don't catch butterflies, because they don't like it. They like to fly." Rory nodded and said, "Ok, Mommy." Then she hopped inside for a yummy carrot snack and a good night's sleep. End.
Finally, Rory reached home and saw her worried mother standing by the door. Mommy gave her a big warm hug. They thanked to the birds.
