Harry and the Taste of Rainbow Colors-Kids Story (Ages 3-5)

Harry was a tiny, fluffy rabbit. He loved carrots! He crunched them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Crunch, crunch, crunch!
But Harry did not like any other fruits or vegetables. When Mommy Rabbit gave him any other food to eat, Harry shook his head and said, "No, thank you, Mommy! I only want carrots!"
One sunny day, Harry was playing outside in his garden. He looked up at the sky and saw something beautiful—a bright, colorful rainbow!
"Wow!" said Harry. "I want to paint a rainbow!"

Harry ran to get his paintbrush and a white canvas. But he had no colours.
Harry thought for a moment.
He mashed some carrots and made some orange paint.
But Harry needed more colours to paint his rainbow.

Harry ran to his neighbour, Willow. Willow had a wonderful garden full of fruits and vegetables.
Harry asked, "Can you help me find colors for my rainbow?"
"Of course!" said Willow with a big smile. "Nature is full of beautiful colors!"

Together, Harry and Willow picked yummy treats from the garden:
Red from strawberries.
Blue from blueberries.
Yellow from mangoes.
Green from spinach.
Indigo from blackberries.
Purple from mulberries.
Now Harry had all seven colors of the rainbow!

Harry and Willow took all the yummy colours to Harry's garden.
He dipped his brush into all the colours—swish! Swish, swish!
Harry painted the most beautiful rainbow on his canvas. "Hooray!" cheered Harry. Mother and Willow clapped for him.

And from that day on, Harry loved eating fruits and vegetables of many colors.

End.
